Open Facebook and go to the post you want to make shareable
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the post
Select Edit audience or Edit privacy
Change the audience to Public
Save the changes
If creating a new post, set the audience selector to Public before posting
Make sure the post does not have sharing restrictions from group or page settings
Check that the content does not violate Facebook’s sharing limitations
For page posts, ensure the page’s post settings allow public sharing
For group posts, verify the group is public if you want non-members to share the post
Confirm that any attached media or link does not have its own sharing restrictions
