Select the files you want to compress
Right-click the selected files
Choose Send to
Click Compressed (zipped) folder
Enter a name for the ZIP file
Press Enter
On Mac, select the files
Right-click or Control-click the selection
Choose Compress
On Linux, select the files
Right-click and choose Compress or Create Archive
Choose ZIP as the archive format
Click Create or OK
