Gather liquid soap or castile soap
Gather distilled water
Use a foaming soap dispenser
Mix 1 part liquid soap with 4 to 5 parts distilled water
Pour the mixture into the foaming dispenser
Shake gently if needed
Pump to dispense foam
Adjust soap-to-water ratio if the foam is too thin or too thick
