2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup sugar or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the yogurt, sugar or honey, and vanilla until smooth
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed
Pour the mixture into a shallow container
Freeze for 1 hour
Stir well to break up ice crystals
Freeze for another 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 30 to 45 minutes
Scoop and serve when firm
Optional toppings: fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, granola
