Wash fresh grapes thoroughly
Remove stems and any spoiled grapes
Place grapes in a pot or blender
Crush or blend the grapes until pulpy
Add a little water if needed
Heat the mixture gently until the juice releases
Stir occasionally while heating
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth
Press the pulp to extract more juice
Add sugar or honey if desired
Chill the juice in the refrigerator
Serve cold
