Add 2 tablespoons of corn flour to the pan
Stir for 1 to 2 minutes to cook out the raw taste
Slowly add 2 cups of stock, broth, or water while whisking constantly
Keep whisking until the mixture is smooth
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the gravy thickens
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add optional seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, or herbs
If the gravy is too thick, add a little more liquid
If the gravy is too thin, simmer a little longer
Serve hot
