Choose your protein: pork, chicken, lamb, beef, or a mix

Warm pita bread
Cook the marinated meat in a hot skillet, grill, or oven until browned and fully cooked
Slice or chop the cooked meat
Fill each pita with meat
Add tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki
Add lettuce or fries if desired
Fold and serve immediately
