How To Make Lobster Tail?

Thaw lobster tails if frozen

Preheat oven to 425°F

Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell lengthwise down the center

Gently loosen the meat from the shell

Lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell

Place tails on a baking sheet

Brush with melted butter

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the meat is opaque and firm

Broil for 1 to 2 minutes if desired for browning

Serve immediately with lemon and melted butter
