How to Make Mango Sago?

Soak 1/2 cup small tapioca pearls in water for 10 minutes

Bring a pot of water to a boil

Add the tapioca pearls and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally

Drain and rinse the cooked pearls under cold water

Peel and dice 2 ripe mangoes

Blend half of the mango pieces with 1 to 2 cups coconut milk or evaporated milk

Add sugar to taste

Mix the cooked tapioca pearls with the mango mixture

Fold in the remaining mango pieces

Chill before serving

Serve cold
