Open a document editor, design app, or word processor
Create or open the file you want to convert
Add text, images, and formatting as needed
Go to the File menu
Select Save As, Export, or Print
Choose PDF as the file format or printer
Set any desired PDF options
Save or export the file
Open the PDF to check that it looks correct
Repeat the process for any other files you want to convert
