Open Spotify
Go to Your Library
Select the playlist you want to make public
Tap or click the three dots menu
Choose Make public
If you do not see Make public, check whether the playlist is already public
On desktop, you can also right-click the playlist and select Make public
On mobile, open the playlist, tap the three dots, and select Make public
Confirm the playlist is now visible to others
