How to Make Puff Puff?

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 1/2 to 2 cups warm water

Vegetable oil for frying

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and nutmeg

Add warm water gradually and stir until smooth and slightly thick

Cover the bowl and let the batter rise until doubled in size

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot over medium heat

Scoop the batter with your hand or a spoon and drop small portions into the hot oil

Fry until golden brown on all sides

Remove and drain on paper towels

Serve warm
