Roast or steam pumpkin until soft
Puree the pumpkin until smooth
Spread the puree thinly on a lined baking sheet
Dry it in a low oven or dehydrator until completely dehydrated
Grind the dried pumpkin into a fine powder
Mix the pumpkin powder with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves
Store the spice blend in an airtight container
