Whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper
Add shredded cheese and desired fillings such as cooked bacon, ham, vegetables, or onions
Pour the egg mixture into the crust
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the center is set
Let the quiche cool for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing
Serve warm or at room temperature
