Gather rainbow-colored elastic bands, a loom or your fingers, and a hook
Place the first band in a figure-eight or looped start
Add the next band over the first band
Continue adding bands in rainbow order
Pull the bottom band up and over the top band
Repeat the add-and-pull process until the bracelet reaches the desired length
Attach the final band to secure the bracelet
Remove the bracelet from the loom or fingers
Fasten the ends together with a clip or connector
