Wrap and rest the dough
Prepare the filling
Roll the dough into thin sheets
Place small portions of filling on one sheet
Brush water around the filling
Cover with another sheet of dough
Press out air around each filling
Cut into individual ravioli
Seal the edges tightly
Boil salted water
Cook the ravioli until they float
Drain the ravioli
Serve with sauce or butter
