Rinse 1/2 cup of uncooked rice thoroughly
Add the rinsed rice to 2 to 3 cups of clean water
Swirl or stir the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes
Let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes
Strain the rice and collect the water in a clean bowl or jar
Store the rice water in the refrigerator
Use within 3 to 5 days
Apply to clean skin with a cotton pad or spray bottle
Rinse off after 10 to 20 minutes if desired
