How to Make Samosas?

Mix flour, salt, and oil or ghee

Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough

Cover the dough and let it rest

Boil potatoes and peas

Mash the potatoes lightly

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds, ginger, green chilies, and spices

Add the potatoes and peas

Mix well and cook the filling

Let the filling cool

Divide the dough into small balls

Roll each ball into a thin oval

Cut the oval in half

Shape each half into a cone

Fill the cone with the potato mixture

Seal the edges with water

Repeat with the remaining dough and filling

Heat oil for deep frying

Fry the samosas on low to medium heat until golden brown

Drain on paper towels

Serve hot
