How to Make Sauteed Spinach?

Rinse fresh spinach thoroughly and drain well

Remove any tough stems

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat

Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant

Add spinach to the skillet in batches if needed

Toss and cook until wilted, about 1 to 3 minutes

Season with salt and black pepper

Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired
