How To Make Seafood Salad?

1 lb cooked seafood mix (shrimp, crab, imitation crab, or lobster), chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl

Add seafood, celery, red onion, and herbs

Gently toss until evenly coated

Chill for 30 minutes before serving

Serve on lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers
