Get Roblox Premium
Open Roblox Studio or the Roblox website
Create or prepare a shirt design image
Make sure the image fits Roblox shirt template requirements
Save the design as a PNG file
Go to the Roblox Create page
Select Shirts or T-Shirts
Upload the image file
Pay the upload fee if required
Wait for moderation approval
Equip or sell the shirt after it is approved
