Clean and dry the skin
Choose a design
Print or draw the design on temporary tattoo paper, tracing paper, or regular paper with transfer medium
Cut out the design close to the edges
Place the design face down on the skin
Press a damp cloth or sponge over the backing for 20 to 30 seconds
Peel off the paper carefully
Let the tattoo dry completely
Apply a thin layer of clear hairspray or cosmetic setting spray if desired
Remove with soap, warm water, baby oil, or rubbing alcohol
