1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles (optional)
2 tablespoons minced onion (or 1 tablespoon onion powder)
1 tablespoon white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.
Stir in pickle relish, minced onion, and pickles (if using).
Add vinegar and lemon juice (if using).
Season with sugar (if needed), garlic powder (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
