How To Make Windows Security Ignore A File?

Open Windows Security

Go to Virus & threat protection

Select Manage settings

Under Exclusions, choose Add or remove exclusions

Select Add an exclusion

Choose File

Browse to the file you want to exclude

Select the file to add it to the exclusion list
