Enable cheats in your world
Place 4 blocks of soul sand in a T shape
Place 3 wither skeleton skulls on top
Spawn the Wither
Use the command `/summon wither_storm`
If the command does not work, install a Wither Storm mod or add-on
Follow the mod’s installation steps
Use the mod’s spawn item or command to create the Wither Storm
