How To Mass Delete Emails On Outlook?

Open Outlook and go to the folder you want to clean up

Click the first email you want to delete

Hold Shift and click the last email to select a range

Hold Ctrl and click individual emails to select multiple separate messages

Press Delete to move the selected emails to Deleted Items

To delete all emails in a folder, press Ctrl+A to select all

Press Delete to remove the selected emails

To permanently delete them, open Deleted Items

Select the emails you want to remove permanently

Press Shift+Delete

Confirm the deletion if prompted

To delete emails by sender, use the search bar to find the sender

Select all search results

Press Delete or Shift+Delete

To delete emails by date, sort or filter the folder by date

Select the emails you want to remove

Press Delete

Empty the Deleted Items folder if you want to free up space

Right-click Deleted Items

Select Empty Folder

Confirm the action if prompted
