Measure around your waist where you normally wear the belt
Keep the tape snug but not tight
Note the measurement in inches or centimeters
If measuring an existing belt, measure from the buckle end to the hole you use most often
Choose a belt size that matches your waist measurement or is 1 to 2 inches larger
