Get an erect penis for the most consistent measurement
Use a rigid ruler or measuring tape
Measure length from the top side, pressing the ruler to the pubic bone at the base
Measure to the tip of the glans, not including the foreskin
For girth, wrap a flexible measuring tape around the thickest part of the shaft
Record the measurement in inches or centimeters
Measure more than once for accuracy
