Place chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl
Microwave at 50% power for 20 to 30 seconds
Stir well
Repeat microwaving in 15 to 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval
Stop when most of the chocolate is melted
Stir until completely smooth
Avoid overheating
Use a double boiler if preferred
Keep all water away from the chocolate
Use immediately once melted
