Log in to the EPFO Unified Member Portal
Go to the “One Member – One EPF Account” or “Transfer Request” option
Verify your current UAN and linked mobile number
Select the old PF account to be merged with the current PF account
Enter the previous PF account details if required
Submit the transfer/merger request
Authenticate using OTP if prompted
Track the request status in the portal
Ensure your KYC details are updated and approved
Contact your employer or EPFO helpdesk if the request is rejected or pending
