Fill the bottom chamber with hot water up to the safety valve
Insert the funnel filter into the bottom chamber
Add medium-fine coffee grounds to the filter basket
Level the grounds without tamping
Screw the top chamber on tightly
Place the moka pot on medium-low heat
Keep the lid open while brewing
Remove from heat when coffee starts gurgling and the top chamber is mostly full
Run the bottom chamber under cold water or place on a cool surface to stop extraction
Pour and serve immediately
Clean all parts after use and let them dry completely
