Measure the hot tub and the path to the new location
Clear obstacles from the moving route
Gather moving equipment such as dollies, straps, furniture sliders, and plywood
Recruit enough people to help with the move
Lift the hot tub carefully and place it on a dolly or skid
Secure the hot tub with straps
Roll or slide it slowly to the transport vehicle or new spot
Use a trailer or truck rated for the hot tub’s weight
Keep the hot tub upright during transport
Set the hot tub down gently at the destination
Reconnect plumbing and electrical systems
Refill the hot tub and check for leaks
Restore power and test all functions
