Open the cheat console
Press Ctrl + Shift + C on PC
Press Command + Shift + C on Mac
Type testingcheats true and press Enter
Type bb.moveobjects on and press Enter
Enter Build/Buy mode
Select the object you want to move
Hold Alt to place objects more freely
Use 9 to raise objects
Use 0 to lower objects
Use the bracket keys [ and ] to resize objects on PC
Use the D-pad or keyboard controls to fine-tune placement on console
Turn off the cheat with bb.moveobjects off if needed
