Connect your iPhone to your PC with a USB cable

Install iCloud for Windows on your PC
Sign in with your Apple ID
Turn on Photos
Download photos from iCloud to your PC
Use the Windows Photos app with wireless transfer apps
Install a trusted transfer app on both devices
Follow the app instructions to move photos wirelessly
