Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable

Select a save location on your computer
Wait for the transfer to finish
Disconnect your iPhone safely
Use iCloud Photos if you want wireless transfer
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone and computer
Download the photos from iCloud.com if needed
