Click the Start menu
Type Command Prompt
Right-click Command Prompt
Select Run as administrator
Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control
Press Windows key + X
Select Windows Terminal (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin)
Press Windows key, type cmd, then press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
