Open the folder in File Explorer
Click the address bar
Type `cmd`
Press Enter
Right-click inside the folder while holding Shift
Click Open in Terminal or Open PowerShell window here
If available, click Open command window here
In File Explorer, click File
Click Open command prompt
Choose Open command prompt as administrator if needed
