Remove the cap
Check for a spray nozzle or stopper
Twist the nozzle counterclockwise if it is threaded
Pull the nozzle straight up if it is press-fit
Use a cloth for better grip if it is tight
Gently pry around the collar with a small tool if needed
Avoid forcing the bottle to prevent breakage
If the bottle has a stopper, lift it out carefully
If sealed, use the correct refill or opening tool for that bottle type
