Install an app that supports RAR files, such as The Unarchiver, Keka, or WinRAR for Mac
Download or locate the .RAR file on your Mac
Double-click the .RAR file if your archive app is already set as the default opener
If it does not open, right-click the file and choose Open With
Select the archive app you installed
Extract the contents to a folder
Open the extracted folder to access the files
If the RAR file is split into parts, keep all parts in the same folder before opening the first one
