Install a file archiver that supports RAR files
On Windows, use 7-Zip, WinRAR, or PeaZip
On macOS, use The Unarchiver, Keka, or WinRAR
On Linux, use p7zip, unrar, or File Roller
Download or locate the RAR file
Right-click the RAR file
Select the extract or open option from the archiver menu
Choose the destination folder if prompted
Enter the password if the RAR file is protected
Open the extracted files after extraction completes
