Locate the keyhole on the Sentry Safe
Insert the correct Sentry Safe key fully into the keyhole
Turn the key clockwise or counterclockwise as required by the lock
Keep the key turned while pulling or lifting the safe door handle
Open the safe door gently
Remove the key after the safe is open
If the key does not turn, do not force it
Use the spare key if available
Contact Sentry Safe support with the model and serial number if the key is missing or does not work
