Type PowerShell
Select Windows PowerShell from the search results
Press Enter
Right-click Windows PowerShell and choose Run as administrator if needed
Press Windows key + X and select Windows PowerShell or Terminal if available
Open File Explorer, type powershell in the address bar, and press Enter
Open the Start menu, go to Windows System, and select Windows PowerShell
