Open the Meta app or website you use
Go to Settings or Privacy settings
Find Meta AI, AI features, or Generative AI settings
Turn off any available AI personalization or AI feature toggles
Review and disable data sharing or activity-based personalization options
In Facebook or Instagram, check Accounts Center for AI-related settings
Submit a privacy or objection request if available in your region
Use the app’s Help Center or Privacy Center to find the latest opt-out option
If no full opt-out is available, limit the data you share and adjust privacy settings
Repeat the same steps on each Meta app and account you use
