Match stream resolution and bitrate to your upload speed
Use 1080p60, 900p60, or 720p60 based on system and bandwidth
Keep OBS or streaming software updated
Use a dedicated streaming scene collection and lightweight sources
Avoid browser sources and heavy animated overlays when possible
Use NVENC, AMF, or Quick Sync instead of x264 if needed
Set OBS process priority to Above Normal
