Turn on your Sony headphones
Put the headphones into pairing mode

Select your Sony headphones from the available devices list
Confirm pairing if prompted
Wait for the connection to complete
If needed, disconnect the headphones from any previously connected device
If pairing fails, reset the headphones and try again
