Take a screenshot on Mac:
Press Command + Shift + 3 for the full screen
Press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
Press Command + Shift + 5 for screenshot options
Copy the screenshot to the clipboard:
Hold Control while taking the screenshot
Use Command + Control + Shift + 3 for full screen to clipboard
Use Command + Control + Shift + 4 for selected area to clipboard
Paste the screenshot:
Open the app or document where you want to paste
Press Command + V
Or choose Edit > Paste
If needed, use Command + Control + Shift + 4 and drag to copy a selected area directly to the clipboard
