Swipe up on the Apple Watch to open Control Center
Tap the iPhone ping button
Wait for the iPhone to play a sound and flash its light
If you want the iPhone to flash too, press and hold the ping button
Make sure your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone or on the same network if needed
