Open Build Mode
Select the item you want to place
Choose a valid placement spot in your plot
Rotate the item if needed
Click to place the item
If placing from inventory, open the inventory tab
Select the stored item
Click the placement area to place it
Use move or rotate tools to adjust position
Make sure the item is not blocked by walls or other objects
Confirm the placement if prompted
