Set up 10 cups in a triangle on each side of a table
Fill each cup with a small amount of beer or another agreed drink
Split into two teams
Decide who shoots first
Take turns throwing a ping pong ball at the opposing team’s cups
If the ball lands in a cup, the defending team removes that cup and drinks its contents
If both players on a team make a shot on the same turn, they may get another turn depending on house rules
If a ball bounces before landing in a cup, count it only if your rules allow bounce shots
If a shot is blocked or swatted away, count it only if your rules allow re-racks or blocks
Keep playing until one team eliminates all the other team’s cups
The team with cups remaining at the end wins
