Use a Facebook Group that allows anonymous posts
Open the group and tap Create Post
Select Anonymous Post if the option is available
Write your post and submit it
If Anonymous Post is not available, ask the group admin if the feature is enabled
Use a separate account only if it follows Facebook’s rules
Adjust your privacy settings to limit who can see your profile and activity
Avoid sharing identifying details in the post
Use Messenger or a private group if you need more control over visibility
